1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our offerings, you agree to abide by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not access or use our services.

2. Services Offered

AuraLeadership provides three categories of offerings: coaching sessions, digital materials, and tangible items.

2.1 Coaching Sessions

Personalized guidance designed to foster spiritual awareness and leadership skills.

2.2 Digital Materials

Online courses, guides, and meditation tracks.

2.3 Tangible Items

Books, journals, and branded merchandise.

3. Fees and Payment

All fees are stated in the purchasing interface. Charges occur at the time of confirmation.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

4.1 Coaching Sessions

Clients may cancel at least 48 hours before a scheduled session to receive a full refund. Cancellations made later or missed appointments are non-refundable, as our experts prepare uniquely for each session.

Clients may request to reschedule sessions without additional charges, subject to availability.

4.2 Digital Materials

Clients may request a refund within 14 days of purchase provided there has been no access to the content. Once access has been initiated, the purchase is final and not eligible for a refund.

4.3 Tangible Items

Buyers may request a refund within 30 days of shipment. Items must arrive in original condition. Upon receipt of the item, we process the approved refund to the original payment method within 7 days. Buyers are responsible for shipping back the item.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and materials belong to AuraLeadership. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, AuraLeadership is not liable for indirect or special damages arising from use of our offerings.
